Zack Noonan (17) 4th in the 2010 Jr National Championship Time Trial

YM/Team Dual Temp rider Zack Noonan (17) out of Kutztown, PA had a superb time trial yesterday in Bend, Oregon where the 2010 USA Road National Championship is taking place.
